Today we’re pleased to share, Acceptance and Surrender, a talk given at Spirit Rock Meditation Center during the Thanksgiving retreat 2009.
Acceptance and Surrender: Acceptance involves “letting in” and “letting out” regardless of approval or disapproval. Surrender can only happen when “the me” opens to it all – the yes and the no, the me and not-me.
